Drawing inspiration from the cocoa bean culture in the Americas, the couple adopted the artisanal and high-end "bean to bar" model. From manufacturing to sales, the art of chocolate unfolds transparently before the eyes of customers in their boutique located in the heart of Le Sentier in Paris.
